COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the recent Government Guidelines and social distancing rules, we are now pleased to offer Video viewing walkthroughs, preferably on empty properties but social distancing rules can be considered. Private clients and Estate/Letting Agents are able to use this service.

Viewings

Property Viewings is what we do best! Initially this was the skill that started Raeburn Residential and we are proud of our roots. You don't need to be an agency to use our service either - private clients are welcome.

AirBnB Co-Hosts

Through our contacts in the property industry, we have been able to take on the co-hosting of AirBnB's and really enjoy this new string to our bow!

Property Inspection

With an emphasis on the Letting market, we aim to inspect properties and feed back as much information to Landlords and letting agents as we can including any issues, state of the property and meter readings too.

Key Code Box changes

We are happy to assist with on/off-boarding and any key box code changes around the city. Private clients are welcome too

AirBnB Meet & Greets

Not everyone uses a Key box to allow their guests to access a property so why not add the personal touch and have your guests met at the property where our agents can talk them through the WiFi code, the central heating and things to do locally!

Property Access

Survey needing carried out? Furniture being delivered? Work needing done prior to tenants/guests moving in or meter readings required? Let us collect the keys from you, allow access and then return the keys all within 24hrs!
